Help for MLS Search

·         For multi-parameter search selections, hold the Ctl Key down while clicking each selection. I.E., “PROPERTY TYPE” – to search for both single family and condo listing, click “RESIDENTIAL” and then “CONDO” while holding the Ctl Key down.

·         “LAND TYPE” – do not select a land type if looking for home on a standard residential lot.

·         “GOLF COURSE” – if “Yes”, you only get homes directly on the golf course; not all homes in a golf community.

·         “CITY” – “OUT OF AREA” are New Smyrna Beach MLS listing located in other than New Smyrna Beach, Edgewater, and/or Oak Hill; I.E., Port Orange, Daytona, etc. If you select both “NEW SMYRNA BEACH” and “EDGEWATER”, you get listing in both cities.

·         “AREA” – after you select the city, you can select an area. I.E., if interested only in beachside listings, select all the four beachside areas. See Map.
