section! The Homeowner’s Associations of
Sugar Mill are encouraged to share
information with the entire community or
just your owners by posting information
in this unique portion of the
neighborhood website. If you are a
member of the Homeowner’s Association,
you may save costs by posting your
newsletter, or including your resident
directory in a password protected
section.
This is a great forum to reach all of
the members of the neighborhood! We
encourage you to embrace this portion of
the neighborhood website!
Please Remember the Following:
1. Visitor cars parked in the street
must be off the grass to avoid broken
sprinkler heads.
2. Pick up after your dogs and please do
not feed the feral cats.
3. The rear area of the units bordering
the golf (if cleared) must be cut or
otherwise maintained during the period
you are away. Please contract with a
service to complete this work.
4. Any renovations to your home must be
approved by our Architectural Review
Board.
5. No trucks, trailers, or boats are
permitted overnight in Brae Burn
driveways.
6. The First Friday of ever month at
pool #2 at 4:00 PM will be “Happy Hour”
BYOB and finger food and meet your
neighbors.
